Had a nail in my tire and it was 7pm and I pulled up they were closed but had garage doors were open ... I explained my situation and Christopher an associate told me I had a nail ... I said do you think the manager will fix it now and he said sure go ask ... I spoke with Mike the manager and said "Sure we don't like anyone to become in danger on the road" ... Thank you Discount Tire for taking care of your customers!!
I love Discount Tire! Their service it top notch and I know I can always trust them to not screw me around and try to sell me things I don't need.
I had my oil changed at my dealership and they were trying to charge me $25.95 to rotate my tires. I called up this store and talked to Josh he said bring it down and they'll do it for free. On a budget i much appreciated their hospitality and Josh and his team were delightful and i would definitely go back for anything tire related
Josh was so awesome. Super knowledgeable about everything helped me with the pricing. Went with the Perelli's and even gave me chrome valve stem covers. Love this discount tire center.
The manager Patrick went above and beyond to help me out when shopping for a set of tires. Everyone there was friendly and joked around with each other and the customers. It's refreshing to see so many people seem to truly love their job!
