I had an appointment to install four new tires on my vehicle. The time it took to complete was definitely longer than anticipated, and they were unable to flash/program my TPMS sensors I had, but they reached out to me almost immediately to make things right so I updated my review and increased it to five stars because although they did not meet my level of expectations with my original visit, they really do care about customer service and will try to make things right when things do not go as planned. Ordered the tires online, which were delivered to the store prior to my appointment. There is a heading that way and arrival check in, and an ability to see exactly where the vehicle is and what is the expected time of job finished. They are friendly, called me back to confirm the appointment when I called the day before and communication is sublime about what is happening and what can be expected. Spontaneously stopped by to get 4 new tires. Super friendly staff, helped me out right away. Lonzo inspected the car and went over all my options, then they got started right away. I also had an alignment to fix a steering issue and they were the first place to actually correct it out of three other places I had been to. I hung out in the lobby while they did the work. By far the best tire company I have went to in my life service was super fast and very reliable I was in and out in no time. I will definitely recommend this company to all my friends and family keep up the good work 10/10
