Simply Amazing! That is the best way for me to describe my experience with Discount Tire on W Sunshine St in Springfield. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and look/act professional which is uncommon for most businesses in Springfield. Discount Tire not only matched Amazon's price on tires, but beat them by a few dollars on each tire. I also purchased some nice rims from Discount Tire which they mounted the new tires on. Chris was very helpful and service was fast and efficient! I had a hole in the side wall of my tire and needed same day service, the crew at Discount Tire had my vehicle ready to roll with 4 new tires in 1 hour! Can't say enough good things about the experience

The location on Sunshine is running their business like they want your business. I've been using Discount tire for years. Normally I would use the South Glenstone location. Last year I bought over $5k worth of tires for our vehicles. It was time to replace the last vehicle's tires so I contacted the Glenstone location. I was told that I needed to put a deposit down to order the tires. Little surprised since I never had to do that on past orders. Bought 4 new tires. Lovely staff told me it'd be an hour at most. 20 minutes later they were done and my car rides SO MUCH better. Highly recommended.
