Ordered the tires online, which were delivered to the store prior to my appointment. There is a heading that way and arrival check in, and an ability to see exactly where the vehicle is and what is the expected time of job finished. They are friendly, called me back to confirm the appointment when I called the day before and communication is sublime about what is happening and what can be expected. Spontaneously stopped by to get 4 new tires. Super friendly staff, helped me out right away. Lonzo inspected the car and went over all my options, then they got started right away. I also had an alignment to fix a steering issue and they were the first place to actually correct it out of three other places I had been to. I hung out in the lobby while they did the work. I was on this side of town and noticed a nail in my tire. It appeared to me to just be stuck in the tread and not down in the actual tire. I called their competitor a few buildings down to get an appointment to have it removed and they told me 12 would be my appointment time. I show up at 12 and they told me it would be a 3-4 hour wait. To me that seems like an insane wait just to have a nail removed from a tire that doesn't even need a plug or patch.
