They need hire more workers- waited 2 1/2 hours for a 10 min balance and rotation job not cool not cool!!

Wont buy tires anywhere else. Brought my wifes car in for a tire losing air.....they pulled a screw out, patched it, then rotated and balanced all 4...no charge.
As someone who has spent his life around cars and servicing cars, it is always a pleasure to visit Discount Tire. I visited them this morning to have my new tires rotated and re-balanced and I was promptly greeted and handled is an amazingly short time. They do a very thorough job and always seem to give you the best options if you have some sort of issue.

I had a flat on Friday night and went to discount tire Saturday morning to get it fixed. They were polite and helpful and after examining the tire we found a split in the side at the seam. No pressure to buy a complete set. I bought one cheap end tire they put it on brought the car and paperwork to the curb.
