I discovered I had a flat before work yesterday, the guys went above and beyond to check and fill it up BEFORE they even opened! I stopped by after work, they remembered me and fixed it at no cost. I am so appreciative and will definitely be back!
Good Service – I purchased my back tires from this location, and because of the great service I received, I decided to get my front tires there two months later. The staff was very friendly, and I was able to set an appointment and get in and out in under 30 minutes. I used their website to select the tires and set the appointment. It worked seamlessly. I strongly recommend using them based on their service. I did not have to deal with attempts to upsale or other nonsense found at other places in the Valley.
Go to any other location... Especially if you are female. – I have tried going to this location several times over the past 5 years. I make an appointment for a tire rotation- they forget to even start work on my car and I've been there for over an hour and a half. I walk in and they forget that I'm there - 4 hours later. I get there for a flat repair and wait for it - only to be told an hour later to go to a different location.
