I have a collector car with tires purchased from Discount Tire. They are 6 years old and they will no longer balance or rotate the tires. The car was driven 9,000 miles, stored in a garage, and in excellent condition. There are no federal laws that say you have to buy new tires every 6 years no matter what. The person an my local Discount Tire Store will only sell me new tires. After being a customer for 20 years, I am going somewhere else!
