Didn’t take as long as I expected really good service
Generally a good experience here. Got up early on Saturday to have s tire repaired, nail removal, balance and rotation. The nail is still in my tire. They were done pretty quick. Were my tires actually rebalanced??! I’m not sure and I’m NOT VERY HAPPY !!!!!!!!!
I like this store. I like the drive through air check. It is very convenient. I have been a customer for 20+ years. They are all very nice but seriously I was here for over three hours yesterday. That is a bit long. I bought new tires. Did not have an appointment. They told me about an hour and a half and it was over three hours. Not nice to have to wait that long after you have spent $900 to get the tires put on. That is the worst experience I have ever had here. Maybe just a bad day. I found a screw in my tire and dropped by late today. They were very busy and stayed more than 30 minutes after close, in 110-degree weather, to patch/plug the hole. Not only did they not charge me, but they seemed genuinely glad to help. Thanks, guys!
