Went in today to have a screw removed from my tire. Preston assisted me and was so very nice and polite. Thank you so much it was a pleasure
In and out quickly and great customer service. Only place I go for tires.
TPMS light came on and Discount Tire was just around the corner. They found a 4" screw in the tread and patched it for free. That's why they are my tire store!
They treat you like a human. Eager to serve. It is obvious that , as employees, they themselves are appreciated by their mgt team. And it shows.
I had two tires with slow leaks. I called before going to see if they are super busy (saves my wait time if not an emergency) and they were not. Left with repairs tires with no charge even though it's close to time for new ones. Have done business here for over 10 years.
I rolled in with a nail in my tire and a slow leak. Thankfully they weren't busy and were able to get right to it. about 20 minutes later I was on my way with a properly repaired tire. And the best part is that it didn't cost me a penny.
Been going there for over 20 years. Do I really need to say anything else...
Ordered some new wheels and tires. I came with my 4 kids and they had me out the door in about an hour. Awesome!
