I had a garden tractor tire that kept deflating every time I would mow the grass. I took it to one of your competitors for repair ... they told me they could not repair it. I asked them to order me a new one and even though their website offers these tires they said I would have to order it myself and bring it back for mounting. Slowest tire shop around. Some of the employees were unprofessional.
These guys are incredibly friendly and really know their stuff. As I waiting on my tires to be installed they met almost every customer outside the front door before they even walked in the building. Their prices are very competitive as well. I would recommend discount tire in Yukon to all my friends and family.
Amazing customer service! The three guys today did an amazing job handling a difficult customer. She was complaining in the showroom that her car should have been done 11 MINUTES ago. They explained that the tires were coming from a different store but she didn't care. They apologized numerous times. They were doing everything that they could, there was just no making her happy.
I had a wonderful experience. The gentlemen there were very helpful and I had great conversations with them while I waited. They worked well with my needs and made sure I left satisfied. I would definitely recommend them to other people and use them again if I'm ever in the city again and needed their services. On a side note they were a bunch of good looking guys as well. ����
