On 3 seperate occasions, we were shown why we will never go back. a while ago, my tires needed rotating. One of their guys insisted that we needed new tures because they didn't meet the minimum tread requirements. I knew they were still good as I had JUST had an inspection done and passed. Very impressed with the service. We got a bad flat on our way to the airport for a family trip. We went in and they literally ran and helped us, we made it to the airport with literally a few minutes to spare. Thanks Brad and his team. Will be customers here for many years to come
These guys have always taken care of me as far as free rotations, helping with wheel adapters. And always doing their service free of charge with purchasing tires through them. My wheels got damaged from their air gun on my last visit, I made them aware and they've gone out if there way to make up for it. If you're looking for a reliable tire place, with amazing prices as well I definitely recommend these guys.

My son has been an employee at Discount Tire for the last 9 months. He purchased tires from them 7 months ago and they have unusual wear on them and now they tell us that they are "mud" tires and there is no warranty, therefore they will not do anything. What a way to treat an employee. Needless to say, he has put in his 2 weeks. I will not go to this Discount Tire for anything, nor will I send anyone there.
Best auto service experience in years. I have been loyal to discount auto for years in 3 states. Today I was blown away by the service I received from Grant the manager at this location. I will recommend this location to everyone. ps. I had to drive half way across Salt Lake because this location had my tires in stock. SO WORTH THE DRIVE!!! So grateful.
