Had rims and tires put on my wife’s van and when I left I noticed there was some rubbing noise. Took it back around 5:30 this evening and they located the problem. Looks like my suspension was rubbing against the rear right rim. Was really weird. They were very accommodating and made it right for me. I went to 5 different tire places just to have my valve steam fixed and no one would take me. I came here and was helped immediately and was fixed in 5 minutes. Honestly the best service I’ve ever had. I will be going back again!

After years of going to Tire Kingdom/NTB I decided to give them a try. I am glad I did. Bought a set of Continental CrossContact LX25 tires and the experience was wonderful. Professional staff. They even gave me value for my previous tires that still had good tread.
Very pleasantly surprised and would definitely recommend! Fast and friendly service. I had been going to Tire Kingdom for years and even with an appointment it would often take them 2 hours to start on my vehicle, even damaging it once. Discount Tire got me in and out with 4 new tires in 25 minutes!

This isn’t the same discount tire I’ve know and done business with for 10 years. The service has become very poor and very slow. I had to hunt down for my tire stems since they were replaced with some cheap plastic ones that didn’t belong to me. Also, the new guy there backed my car off the lift without paying attention and took off my front bumper. Ive never had issues before with bringing my lowered vehicle there until today.
