Waited and waited and waited while one person was on the phone and 2 people handling a guy with an high dollar sports car. Stood there for 15 minutes, no one acknowledging me. I drove up to " curb service" first, evidently that wasnt going to work so I parked and came in. Could have cared less that I left.

My vehicle had developed a shake. My home DT, in IL, had road force balanced my tires and they were perfect, so I knew something had changed. The store was very busy and the guys weren’t able to get to me right away. However, even after normal business hours, the crew was still smiling and hammering away at their workload. Eventually, they got me in and found I had lost weights, at some point. My truck is back to normal. That’s a fantastic group of guys in the Beach Blvd store. Thank you all.

I came in to have one tire replaced as that is all I had the money for. I am 7 months pregnant, money is tight and I recently lost my job but I have been driving Lyft to help pay my bill's as I am doing this all on my own. Noah who helped me went above and beyond to make sure I would be safe driving. He helped me get 2 tires and only charged me for the one. My other front tire needed to be replaced badly as well. Discount tire is the best! I won’t go anywhere else. I had a nail in my tire and was in and out in 30 mins this morning. Everyone that works there is amazing and I’m not imitated to go there by myself. I know they will treat me fair and not recommend any work that doesn’t need to be done!
