I needed one tire replaced on my pickup before a long trip. I was at the store before it opened and was fourth in line to be waited on. From the time the door opened to the time they handed me my keys, I was there twenty minutes. Price was competitive and customer service was outstanding. Thank you Ken Benson and everyone at discount tire for making my morning a little brighter.
The wait time has been absolutely ridiculous! Why offer appointments, if I still have to wait around??
Very rude professionalism with the the front clerk - ordered and paid for my tires on June 28 and come today July 12 I have no status. Agents tell me I have to call back on next following business day which is Monday July 14. Ridiculous since is been two weeks and no status updated but when I went in today Saturday July 11, I was practically shooed away by their games cause their systems supposedly shit down and they couldn't log in and told me to call/come back Monday.
