Was there 1.5 hours which is what I was told it would be. Only to see others come in and be taken care of first. Then when I ask in told another hour or more. Just to get a flat repaired. Unbelievable.
Had a very busy day planned that really didn't include getting two new tires. Called the day before hoping to make an appointment for 8:00 but nothing was available until 11:00. Collin suggested that I come by and they would get me out as quickly as possible. I arrived at 7:50 to find 10 people already in line. They opened at 8:00, I chose and paid for tires at 8:10 and was on my way with new tires at 8:35. Great price too! Always so very professional, too! I don't buy tires anywhere else!
Worst plave ever. This is the 2nd time they cross threaded my lug nuts. Complete waste of time.
They are very busy but also professional and friendly. I was a little frustrated by an oversight but when I brought it to their attention they were quick to accommodate me.

My husband took his truck to get tires balanced in San Antonio. The DT in SA did a poor job and his truck was vibrating while on a road trip. This Discount Tire got us in and out, had great customer service, AND fixed the problem!
