RecommendedThursday I ran over a metal staple that punctured my tire. I was able to make it to the 10700 Westheimer location. They ordered a new tire for me, put on my spare. I came back Friday and my new tire was installed in less than 20 minutes! What a friendly bunch of guys. Omar and Chris were great! Thank you for fast, friendly and professional service!

I would like to give a huge shout out to DISCOUNT TIRES!! After showing houses all day in Houston I noticed my back tire was very low. The first place I saw to get air was Firestone Tires at 9529 Westheimer. I was told I had an object in my tire, that they could not remove and fix. YOU NEED A BRAND NEW TIRE!! Arrived minutes before closing time on the hook of a tow truck. They had me back on the road and headed home in about 30 minutes. Great service, great attitudes, very helpful. I was already a Discount Tire customer, but now they have me for life.
Went in to the store to see about swapping tires out for ones I purchased. Dylan helped me out and noticed that one tire had some rubbing on it to which he replied they won't mount it. I left upset and pissed off because they wouldn't want to mount tires that were only a few months old. Not I'm stranded about 35 miles away with a blown tire because they wouldn't help me out. Thanks a lot discount tire.
