David Henley and his crew were fantastic! They price matched, and got me right in at my appointment time. I was greeted twice when I walked in the door, and was even greeted by name by one of the employees! I've gone to several Discount tire stores in Houston, I've had excellent service everywhere, but this location was exceptional!
Each time I come to this location and bissonett @beltway 8 there seems to be a problem please explain to me how you purchase a warranty for a tire and you have an accident the tires is supposedly to be replaced and then in order for you to get a new tire you need to know purchase insurance on the new tire because the tire that previously was there no longer has the insurance Discount Tires is a hoax I've been into Discount Tires and I know I posted on Facebook over 10 times in the last five months which is ridiculous are the... read more
Manager, David Henley, and his team did an OUTSTANDING job replacing all four of my tires! I got a great deal with mail-in rebates, enjoyed cold water and great conversation with a few employees (Chris Lagos, David Henley, and Jonathan Alzate) during my visit! Who knew that shelling out money on tires could be such a fine experience! Hats off to you gentlemen, keep up the great work!
This is my second service visit to this location. I've visited several Discount Tires shops over the past 10 years with my vehicles and this one by far has the best service! The manager, David Henley, is detailed, attentive, knowledgeable, and does his best to give each customer a great experience. The two tires I needed for my car this time they didn't have I stock when I called, but David offered to pick them up from another store to have available to install the next day for me.
