My father and I bought all 4 brand new tires for a f-350. On the way home it was as if we had a blowout. Got off to check tire was completely flat. Apparently they didn't put tire on correctly blah blah etc... Waited over 2 hrs for a toe-truck horrible experience.
I got awesome customer service quick and I can't say anything more than that they are really good at what they do and they took care of my problem all my tire rotated it fix the flat within 10 minutes I was out of there..
I had new tires put on my truck less than a month ago. While driving today, I got a flat. Not only are they replacing my tire for free, they are going to air up my spare. Every time I come here, I am reminded why I think they are great!
Like the warranty and customer service. They don't do stud work which I was surprise they did not do.
Always treated wonderful here. Love both the warranty and the level of customer service. Getting ready to be back on the road.
