Been having issues with Alignment after throwing on some Nitto Trails on my Tacoma! Fabian/Daniel/Tim, have been Phenomenal in Helping me solve the problem! I Dreaded asking for help and support with fears of getting the usual “Don’t know what to tell you Sir” like a lot of places do!; instead they have gone Crazy above to Remedy the Situation... If i could give this place 10 stars i would I’m at a lost for words at what Mr. Fabian Aguinaga and his staff did for me and they have earned themselves a costumer for life. There are still “Good” people out there thank you so much sir.
They are not honest about what they are doing and the time they are taking to do the job. Very poor communication at all levels. Will never go to this one again.
I would call and make an appointment instead of just showing up less time
Wait time is ridiculous, even though they tell you what the wait time is IT’S WRONG!!!
