Had them look at a tire. Said I had to buy a new one and couldn't put the original one back on. Gave me a small discount on that 2nd tire. Oh well. My wife's car needs tires. Guess it will be from a competitor. Anything to sell a tire I guess. Update: I am very happy with the level of customer service. I received a call from the manager to discuss my complaint and we came to a mutual agreement that I very much appreciated. I will absolutely continue to be a customer of this Discount Ti re.
