I went in to have my tires rotated, because it had been a yr since I'd them done. I thought they would not honor my warranty for rotation/balance, but I also thought that try to sell me new tires. They didn't, not only was Alejandro Flores Jr pleasant in explaining my tire tread wear, the technician who performed the work was also very courteous, fast & efficient. In & out within an hour..Thank you Discount Tires!!
They told me that they could not fix my tire. They tried to sell me a new tire, I declined. They told me that they aired my tired, which they didn't. I went to another tire shop and I was told that I didn't need a tire. I was so dissatisfied. I traveled to Lake Charles La this pass weekend with no problem. I would not recommend going to this Discount Tire. Ladies beware because they will try to take advantage of you!!!!!!!

They didn’t try to upsell me. They checked my spare and found it has no air and filled it up. I was in and out in 1 hour on a Saturday.

They fixed me up with 4 tires and a spare because it was missing from the previous owner. But discount tire has always taken care of me.
