Took 2 tires down. Got 2 new so all they had to do was swap. We had a baby so did not want to bother them by staying in the lobby. First either guy is stupid or shady tried to get out of the warranty. Then told us it would take 3 1/2 hr for a swap. Really! Then a little while after 3hr we go in and they have not even touched the tires. What poor customer service. I have about $1000 or more in tires I need on my expedition and will not be going to these guys.

I just got a great deal on all 4 new tires. I witnessed kind caring customer service for every one that walked in the door after me. I had questions answered, options narrowed down. The Auburn Discount Tire is the place to go.
Discount tire treated me very well in AZ and they continue to do so in WA. I get my tires rotated for free here and they've fixed more patches than I can count. I came in to this store with a flat 5min before close. They could've said come back later, but they decided to fix it. Excellent service!!
I have three vehicles with tires from this store. They do a great job and the service is always excellent.
