I always come here for tires and they always help out. Today was just amazing. Came in thinking I was going to spend $10 to fix a flat and they told me they fix flats for FREE! Amazing place with amazing staff. Everyone should get their tires here.
I walk in the understaffed facility and get to stand in line 45 minutes to request a flat repair. When it was finally my turn the service writer decides that he will not repair my tire and the only thing he would do is sell me new ones. When I explained I was planning to purchase in 2 weeks he offered to air up my tire so I could go find some other shop to repair it. I call BS.
At this time I can’t give you a rating at all. I had a bad experience at this store. After I was at this location on (8/23/18) I notice that something was missing from my vehicle. I recommend that you don’t keep any personal belongings in your vehicle while at this location.
I liked that they didn't pressure me into buying tires not in my budget. They were all very pleasant & helpful. Thank you.
Great customer service! Got 4 new tires in 45 minutes. Easy if you make an appointment 1st. Thank you Jamie for helping me out, You are awesome!
