The waits at the 14 Mile Discount Tire in Troy are insane. You would be better off driving an hour to a less busy location and going there.
I took a nap in the lobby while waiting. 9/10 nap.

What an awesome experience! First off, very professional staff - all around, not one negative person! Second, my first time going in, I had a nail in my tire, they repaired and replaced my valve at no cost! I asked about payment and they asked that I think of them when I need tires down the road. You don’t always experience great customer service however they hands down went above and beyond! Highly recommended, great job management, it’s obvious the employees are treated well!
Very helpful, & extremely nice staff - have never been made to feel stupid, either 😃
They should tell you how long you have to wait for the � to be done.which they didn’t
