Took three appointments for them to order the right tires then charged me extra to swap for the tires I originally wanted

Had them replace tires on a 2019 ford f 250. Fist they rescheduled at the last minute. Next they switch tires from what we agreed on. Then they damaged all four wheels on the truck. To top it off all four wheels needed rebalanced a week later. Filed a claim on the wheels and it was denied. This has been our go to for a long time but no longer! Took it to 2 ford dealers both said damage, to a independent tire shop said damage!
