RecommendedThese guys are the best, I just finished a 10 hour overnight and stopped by to get air in my tire since the low pressure light came on. They checked my tire and it was really low so they said that it might have a nail or something in it dropping the pressure so fast. I was told about an hour and a half wait but needed to be done. The guys worked me in sooner and removed a screw from the tire and patched it up for free. Thank you so much for your great work and great customer service. 4:30 on a Saturday night I discovered a screw in one of my front tires. I drove to the nearest tire repair shop and was I ever impressed with the service I received at the Overland Park Discount Tire. Even though they close at 5:00 David took care of me right away. The tire was repaired and I was on my way by 5:30. NO CHARGE! What a surprise. Both David and Marvin (who had to convince me that I didn't owe anything) were friendly and courteous. This store has amazing customer service. After being yanked around and receiving absolutely horrifying customer service from Sam’s Club for over a week until the tire I’d needed replaced finally failed completely, I called at 5 minutes to close on Friday evening to see if they could really have tires for me by the next day. I have had tire repairs and bought new tires at Discount Tire many times. Driving on gravel roads every day puts so much wear on my tires, and the staff at Discount Tire are always professional and helpful. I would definitely recommend Discount Tire.
We bought tires a week before from a Discount Tire in another city. They were not working out well. We went into this store and they changed them out for us, and even followed up to be sure they were working. Amazing customer service.
