Went to get some new tires but only had three in stock of the BF Goodrich TA. Decided to try some Coopers. Looked good but larger profile rubbing on inner fender. Called Alex and he said he would get me the 4th BFG and changed them today. Back on the road and fits and drives great. Thanks for helping me get the tire I wanted and needed on a very busy day at your shop. Thanks to Will too.
Great overall experience. I came in due to a flat tire and left buying 4 brand new tires because of the price. I was quoted $200 to replace my flat at the dealership, but at discount tire it cost me $310 for all 4 with warranty. Alix helped me every step of the way.

Great price on tires installed by people who know what they're doing. Customer service was excellent. They match prices; it is no longer necessary to put up with poor customer service or spotty mechanical service just to get a good price.

Came in for a rotation and balance this morning, excellent service as always! Dave and his crew are awesome, their attention to detail is fantastic, I observed the tech when he was working on my truck and he didn't take any short cuts, even when he torqued the lug nuts, he followed the proper tightening sequence and once all the nuts were at the proper torque he did a ring around to verify torque, which is the correct procedure!
