Excellent customer service! I called right before closing on a Saturday. They waited for me to patch my tire (nail) and did so free of charge! I had previously purchased from the company before this location was opened because their prices are unbeatable.
Pulled in this morning at 8:01 and rolled out with 4 new BFG All Terrains mounted and balanced at 8:29!!! Talk about service! And their price for 4 tires was less than the price for 3 at my old go to place for tires. They have earned a customer for life from me based on my visit today!
We drove an hour and 20 minutes and it was worth it. The service was outstanding and fast. Need to open a store in Lafayette LA
The staff was very courteous. It's a new store still building clientele. Prices were good and I was in and out in about 30-40 minutes. Of course the salesman was doing his job and presenting options that I didn't choose. Overall a great experience
Excellent experience. There is no haggling, selling me something I don't need, telling me my tires were worn when they aren't. Found me leak, patched it and sent me on my way. For free. Quick service. Excellent customer service. The gentleman was walking out to greet me. When I need additional services or new tires, I will be back. Another addition I liked was a window to view so you never have to guess if your vehicle is being working.
Only place I would ever buy tires. The crew is amazing
