This company is pathetic. Dropped off 24 inch wheels and tires at 8:30 in the morning to have mounted and balanced. It never happened because they didn't know how to do it. After telling me they do it on a regular basis they decided to send me to a different location of theirs. So after being at the other location for 3 hours, they finally got the tires mounted. Promised a rebate. Rebate was smaller amount then promised. Still haven’t seen any rebate in the mail. This is from November 27 th 2019 I was lied to when I purchased four new custom wheels. About Rebate amount. Not happy. Be warned .
RecommendedStore employees were very cordial. They repair my tire in a timely fashion. I definitely will return to purchase tires or other accessories from Discount Tires!
