I am a college student paying my own tuition and was totally not looking forward to purchasing new tires. From the moment I found out about Discount Tires through a friend I knew I was going to love the price of the tires, but after going through the whole process... wow. AMAZING customer service!! Everyone was so nice, my tires were off and new tires on within 15 minutes, and everything was quick and easy. CAN NOT RECOMMEND THEM MORE. Super impressed, and will continue to go to them for sure!

I was in kind of a bad set of circumstances needing to replace a front tire with the cords starting to show but Nick went above and beyond to make sure not only that tire was replaced but that all of them were safe to drive on. Top notch customer service and genuine care for safety. Thanks to everyone there.

I went to DISCOUNT TIRE in Overland Park, Kansas after giving up on Sam’s Club. Not only did I not need new tires, they ROTATED ALL 4 TIRES, CHECKED FOR LEAKS BY DUNKING EACH ONE, AND BALANCED THEM FOR FREE! This place is FANTASTIC! These guys are so amazing! My family an I where on the highway when we heard something hit our car soon after we heard a noise and it was our tire! We called the ones in Olathe and they are we are almost closed put a spare on and come Monday or get a tow! So my brother came out and helped my dad take the tire off and put a spare on we called these guys and said we where about 15 away they stayed open and helped get my moms car tire all fixed! Last night I hit a pot hole on the highway and my front driver side tire blew out. I called Discount Tires around 5:40 pm and let them know what happened and tried to set an appointment for the next morning stating I knew they were about to close. The gentleman on the phone told me to come in and they would fix it now, I drove up there was greeted by the manager who informed me the tire was covered under warranty so no charge.
