In and out, Quick service! Discount Tire ALWAYS takes care of their product, AND most importantly their customers!!
Had a 3:00 appointment. Told them I have a slow leak in my tire. So when they bring out my car, he tells me I'm all set. I asked him what was wrong and he looked at me like i was crazy. Reminded him why I was here. He looked at his paperwork and said "oh, I have to take it back and have that checked". What did they do, i asked. "Rotated the tires". So I told him they can put those back now too. Ugh!!! Almost guaranteed this will result in another trip back here.
We had a bulging tire on our camper while traveling up north to Petosky found the problem at the rest area in Clio . We googled Discount tire and found the one in Flint ,called them and spoke to Travis, he said he could help us , so we turned around heading south now , pulled into their driveway and here he comes running up to our truck literally !, saying park over here !! Then Jacob came out with our new tire , Travis did the paperwork , Jacob changed our tire , checked the others and we were back on the road in 15 mins !!... read more
