I bought a set of tires for my work truck about 4 months ago. I bought the extended warranty with them. It was only like $20. Anyhow my rear left tire had a slow leak in it. Yesterday I went to discount to have them fix it. (Thought they would just plug it) they automatically rotated and balanced all my tires and replaced the tire with the hole in it for free. It couldn't be fixed. Great customer service that backs what they say ! I saved $145.00 yesterday.

Every time I come into your store for a tire installation or rotation your people refuse to do the job unless I buy a new or used pair of tires. I'm not sure if that's just the shady way y'all do business

I ordered a set of tires a week ago. I called into discount to find out where my tires were? After talking to Jesse he checked on my tires and apologized that some how my tires were still being shipped by Fedex. He immediately said that he would upgrade my tires to the ones he had in stock and charge me the same price I had already paid. I ended up with a better tire and in and out within an hour with new tires. Thank you to all the guys there at Discount for taking care of me and my car. Came to have tires balanced. Scott looked at them, took all my info AND my money. Then an hour and a half later tells me they can’t balance the tires. Why make me wait? Why take my money?! Biggest waste of my time ever.
