Set up an appt to rebalance and rotate my tires and they informed me that since my tread was too low I had to buy a tire for them to do it. My tires have been used for 5 months and aren't "bald". Horrible service.Apparently I shouldn't have sent my wife to do this.Prime target for them

Went to change out my summer tires with my studded snow tires. A technician came out and inspected both sets. Said my studded tires looked great and were only wore down to a 7. Another technician grabbed the car to put them on. 30 minutes later I was informed that they can not put them on my car because the winter tires are to old but could sell me a new set. We had a bad experience several months ago, when corporate Discount Tire shut down this store for a week, with no notice to customers who were expecting their tires to come in. I realized it wasn’t the fault of this store, but a bad call by corporate. I explained to the manager that we had to go with a competitor because we were left in a lurch. In the past little while I had purchased lots of wheels and tires, and was extremely pleased with how the work was done and how I was treated. They price matched some wheels I wanted, and were very competitive with tire prices also. I also had balancing issues, and they took care of it promptly.

Went to store today, Dec 26, without appointment. Bought 4 tires, had them mounted and balanced and we were out of there within an hour. Thanks to Bradley and the rest of the crew. Great price and awesome service
These guys truly take care of their customers!! I had some tires and wheels put on our Acura and 2 studs striped out and on an Acura studs are a nightmare!! They sent me to the local shop and got me all fixed up and back on the road safely!!! the manager Josh and his guys Wes and Bradley truly do business right and take care of everyone!! I highly recommend them to any and everyone!!!
My husband brought his 2015 Corvette in for a set of tires,Wes was fantastic and personally put them on too. My husband is very touchy with this car and all safety measures where taken. Cant thank you folks enough.
