Very unhappy with today’s visit. Made an appointment to get our tires rotated, salesman said the tires were badly worn and needed to be replaced. After talking me into 4 new tires, I decided to check myself and none of the tires were at the low tread marks. They are only 10 months old. I then asked to simply rotate the tires and it took just over 2 hours. Glad I made an appointment.
I have literally never received better customer service in my life. I have had multiple of there employees help me out in the past week and a half and each one was amazing! It’s super good to see a business that has so much integrity nowadays! Very honest, Very respectful, Very helpful, Very knowledgeable staff! Not to mention the best price’s anywhere here to Rexburg!
I drove home on a flat because no one stopped to help me change it I got home I called discount tires and asked them if they could come put my spare on drive my car to their store and I would buy four new tires from them which I did need this was on February 24th. Set up an appt to rebalance and rotate my tires and they informed me that since my tread was too low I had to buy a tire for them to do it. My tires have been used for 5 months and aren't "bald". Horrible service.Apparently I shouldn't have sent my wife to do this.Prime target for them

Went to change out my summer tires with my studded snow tires. A technician came out and inspected both sets. Said my studded tires looked great and were only wore down to a 7. Another technician grabbed the car to put them on. 30 minutes later I was informed that they can not put them on my car because the winter tires are to old but could sell me a new set. We had a bad experience several months ago, when corporate Discount Tire shut down this store for a week, with no notice to customers who were expecting their tires to come in. I realized it wasn’t the fault of this store, but a bad call by corporate. I explained to the manager that we had to go with a competitor because we were left in a lurch. In the past little while I had purchased lots of wheels and tires, and was extremely pleased with how the work was done and how I was treated. They price matched some wheels I wanted, and were very competitive with tire prices also. I also had balancing issues, and they took care of it promptly.
