Very unhappy with today’s visit. Made an appointment to get our tires rotated, salesman said the tires were badly worn and needed to be replaced. After talking me into 4 new tires, I decided to check myself and none of the tires were at the low tread marks. They are only 10 months old. I then asked to simply rotate the tires and it took just over 2 hours. Glad I made an appointment.
I have literally never received better customer service in my life. I have had multiple of there employees help me out in the past week and a half and each one was amazing! It’s super good to see a business that has so much integrity nowadays! Very honest, Very respectful, Very helpful, Very knowledgeable staff! Not to mention the best price’s anywhere here to Rexburg!
I drove home on a flat because no one stopped to help me change it I got home I called discount tires and asked them if they could come put my spare on drive my car to their store and I would buy four new tires from them which I did need this was on February 24th. The gentleman Tim was very nice he came over in fact he even took me down to Maverick to get what I needed since I would not have a car for a while.
