Ordered tires and made appointment week in advance to install. Upon arrival, was told another sales rep had sold my special order tires to another customer. Was told by another sales rep that there was no excuse - he got that right at least! So many other stores work hard to earn your business and deliver what they promise.

I've been here twice now; Once in July and once this month. Both times with a nail in my tire, both times unrelated events. Their staff/techs are always friendly, professional and helpful. They always make you feel welcomed and are very patient. Both times their services were rendered at no charge. I will sure come back when it's time to buy new tires. Keep up the great work! Oh, and I always recommend Discount Tire every time I get a chance. �
I'm a long-time Discount customer, and this experience again proved why We discovered a screw stuck in the tire tread as we were headed home from vacation. A quick internet search found a Discount Tire just a few minutes away. They were crazy busy with appointments and it took an hour to get in. That was the only negative aspect to the experience.
