Outstanding and fast . I love the emails to task about tire pressure. In and put . My little dog was even allowed in .
I made a call telling them my tire size I wanted and ask if they had it. Person I spoke to told they did, so I drove approx 140 miles to get what I wanted. Customers service was great, but found out one their tires that I wanted was defective and they did not have another. So I had to get another set which I didn't care for.
Very nice guys! Only place I take my car trustworthy team!!!!
As a Female, it's hard to find mechanic shops that don't try to rip you off. This is the first time I have been treated with respect, given a discount as a student, and very fast service! Thank you Discount!
Alex took good care of me today, worked with me on a warranty issue on my truck tires when he didn't have to. Thank you!
I love Discount Tire. They always treat me with respect and I will be a customer forever.
