Amazing service. Really helpful people. So thankful they could help me when I had a flat tire.
Discount tire is the worst place to get tires. If you like a tire company that tells you your tires will be installed in an hour and it takes three hours this is the company for you. If you like a tire place that completely disregards your request on how you want your vehicle taken care of this is the place for you. I wound strongly recommend buyers beware of this company. My two trucks and trailer will never be back. @DiscountTire
I have been coming here for years and unfortunately the experience keeps getting worse. I just dropped off one vehicle to a mechanic to fix 2 studs only to have Discount Tire call and let me know they damaged 1 on my other car. That makes three times I have had them damage my car while rotating the tires.
I picked up a nail in one of my tires late Saturday. Discount Tire was closed on Sunday so I stopped by another tire dealer/repair (not going to mention the name) a very nice gentleman took a quick glance (without taking the tire off and inspecting it) and told me it was not repairable. The tire would have to be replaced. I went to Discount Tire this morning and was told that may not be true. They were able to repair the damage...in the time frame promised...and at NO CHARGE!! Just got 4 new tires on my wife's Santa Fe. Set appointment and reserved tires online! I was in and out in 30 minutes!! Drew was very professional as well as the other guys I spoke too. Thanks guys!!!
