I would rate this place 10 stars if I could. I just had to get a new tire and the manager Matt helped me tremendously. The service was fast and he cared. He actually cared. I will always be bringing my business to this location and urge everyone else to do so. I truly feel in this day and age there are not a lot of companies that care about their customers but this is one.
I received great customer service. I didn't have to wait a long time. The staff was very professional and courteous. For all your tire needs, I recommend Discount Tire.
Giant thanks to the team at this location! We had nails in two tires which led to slow leaks in both. We made an 8am appointment and they got us right in. They didn't have a tool that they needed to fix our tire, and instead of saying "We need to wait until a shipment comes in", one of the service techs ran right out to the auto store and bought the tool. They apologized profusely for the "delay", which was only about 15 minutes, and we were done in about an hour. On top of that, repairing both tires was FREE!!! So not only ... read more
The Best Tire Spot. They'll always make sure your taken care of. I moved here from out of state and was worried where I'd go to take care of my Tires on both sets of Rims 22" and 17" - they got me together. Friendly and Quick - HIGHLY recommended.
