After a flat and a funeral the team here found me the tires I needed and even problem solved for me with no crazy costs when the wheel key went missing at the last Discount Tire I had gone to. They were beyond helpful and considerate
Had to get new tires because even though I have went to have tires rotated every 6,000 miles they wore on inside and they should have been warranty in them but they charged me. They said a new rim would fix the pulling never did. So done going asked them if they could do anything for me because they through my alignment off many times and paid to have that fixed every time they rotated tires. We had an issue with our tire pressure sensor on a used car we just purchased. They tried everything and eventually found the problem! Sensors were not programed correctly and there was a nail in a different tire. Driving around on a flat and had no idea. They could have just filled up our tires and sent us on our way, but they wanted to make sure things were actually fixed. Appreciate the time and tenacity! All that time and work they put in and NO CHARGE! Thanks so much!

I got tires there about a year ago and they have held up well but had issues with leaking. They got me fixed up (bent rim and a nail) and on my way no charge. There was a wait today but they were very courteous and all the workers from front desk to inside the shop were friendly and hard working. I would recommend to anyone wanting tires and genuinely good customer service. I like to add when I originally got my tires I was in and out.
