RecommendedI had an issue with a couple of the tires on my car thanks to our BEAUTIFUL Toledo streets. My tires were pretty new but needed to be changed, the guys at Discount Tire on Monroe St did a great job even though it was crowded here. Special thanks to Justin , he made sure I get some credit back on the damaged tires since they were fairly new.

we we're walk-in with a flat tire but it took a hour. For walk-in it's good and we we're back on the road again.
Awesome, friendly service. It was busy, but this place had me in and out in just over an hour for my one tire that was beyond repair due to some rebar on the road that was invisible. You know a business is doing a fine job when it gets a lot of traffic.
they have best customer service. I went in with a flat. I was told by another tire company was not fixable and I needed a new tire. Discount tire fixed it within a half hour and no charge. I will definitely use them again. Discount tire on Monroe street across from the mall.
Waiting 15min for and air check. Was walked by a dozen times by employees and I even asked to use air myself they just ignored me.
Told me false information about tires, so after they were paid for and shipped they tell me they don’t make what i want. Had to settle. Then they ordered the wrong offset on one rim, had to take the other 3 off put the factory’s back on. Stress and time. When it came to rotation they couldn’t even get the appointment right. Never patronize discount tire again.
I had a great experience there ! They called to confirm the appointment and inform of a change (to my benefit). When I arrived, the service person looked happy to be working there. My wait time was exactly as stated. Will go back for future tire needs, not to mention the best pricing.
