Communicate that appointments always take precedence over walk ins. I called in about a flat fire and was told to come on in. I was given an estimated wait of one hour. After 1 hour and twenty minutes, my car still hadn’t moved. They explained that many appointments had since been made and continually bumped me down the list. I had a leak in a tire from a nail this morning, so I took it to Discount Tire on the way to work. They fixed it within 20 minutes while I stayed in the car. (I hope that policy stays) The best part is that there was no charge. These guys always impress me.

After such crappy service at Discount Tire in Spartanburg I gave this place a try. I must say this was an AWESOME experience!! Alex Mikhail was absolutely the best. Had a 10:30 appointment, arrived at 10:00, checked in with Alex, he answered a couple of questions, he was very welcoming, got our car in the shop, tires balanced, rotated and out the door at exactly 10:30, YES, BEFORE OUR APPOINTMENT EVEN BEGAN!! Highly recommend Discount Tire on Congaree Rd. in Greenville. Oh yea, ask for Alex!!!
