they are crazy busy right now at mankato location but still have the best customer service. all the front desk guys have the best attitudes (alex & tyler are 2 names i remember). the whole team does a great job!

10:15 appointment, truck didn’t get in until 11:30 or so. Poor communication to customer. 2nd trip because they put wrong tires on truck, the first time. They said they would make right. Then they wanted to charge us for it & did until we complained some more.
Bought 2 tires here a couple weeks ago. Great experience, quick and a fair price! Today I had a leaky tire in the front (not the ones I just purchased). Went to Discount Tire and they patched it for free! GREAT EXPERIENCE. No pressure and taking care of customers. A lost art at some businesses but not here!

I did not receive a call back or an update on tires I ordered a week ago. Too many people at your desks and not enough people in your shop servicing your customers. I ended up going to a local business that serviced me that day. You lost a sale due to the neglect of your shotty desk staff at this location.
Fixed my flat tire for FREE, I was in and out the door in an hour 15. The staff didn’t try to sell me other parts or services I didn’t need. Highly recommend.
they are totally on top of everything, they talk ya through what there doing ... totally love the ppl that work there ,very kind curtious!! 👍👍
I've had a slow leak in one of my tires for a week or so. We took it in for an oil change at the dealership where we bought it and had them look at it. They said they didn't see anything. My husband has always had great service at Discount so he told me to bring it there. I walked in and the young man found the nail that apparently the dealership couldn't see. Even the other gentleman who returned my keys said he could see the shine of the nail in the sun as I pulled into the parking lot. Fantastic fast service, friendly guy... read more
