I’ve always had excellent customer service here however today was a different story. The 4 photos I’ve included are all of the same tire that I tried to warranty and was told this is cosmetic and completely safe to drive with even after I told them I tow trailers. Absolutely terrible customer service!

Terrific customer service, thorough, honest, good work. Saved my tire that had picked up a screw. Can't ask for more!😍
Nightmare, knew what I wanted but salesman kept ignoring me. Screwed up my order and it took nearly a week to complete. Then they underinflated my tires. If you must go here be very cautious and double check their work. I won't ever return to this location!!
They show you what needs to be repaired BEFORE they repair it, they're kind, honest, and friendly!
