I made appt. For 11am to get 4 new tires. Thought I would be there for awhile. Got my water out, looked at FB and took out my kindle to watch a movie while I waited. Then the guy comes in, your vehical is almost ready. I was like kool. It took 45 minutes. I guess because when I got a tire at Big O i was there for over 2hrs and it was just for 1 tire.
