Got a quote online, called to make sure they had the tires and told the tec the price we were quoted. He said to bring the quote and they had the tires he could mount them right away they were slow. Drove the 25 miles to Winter Haven with online quote in hand. Manager Ryan first said he couldn't give us the tires because they were for someone else. When we told him we called first he said he couldn't give them to us for the online quoted price but could give them to us for $58 more a tire (X4 tires). Called and talked to the... read more
Great experience with Discount Tire! I needed four new tires quickly. Discount Tire ordered my tires, got them in quickly, and gave me the absolute best price (I know because I called around first). I dealt with Travis who couldn't have been any nicer or more helpful. He had me in and out in less than 30 minutes and my car is driving beautifully!
My daughter had her car checked out by this store after the DEALERSHIP said her tire was NO good, this store repaired the tire and saved the day! Thank you guys for your HONEST service. .
