Yesterday was a very busy day for them. Despite people lined up to the door, and being short staffed the manager and his staff handled everything with professionalism. It took 2 hours to get my tire repaired but it was a situation that could not be helped.
Fell a little taken over on end bill, and the breakage, but they did get me back on road. So mixed feelings. Compensation for error not taken into account.
Got five different quotes, discount had the better tires for the best price. Took about an hour and a half, a little longer than expected, but the guys there are so friendly!
I got a flat tire while I was alone with my 7 month old. The sales man was nice, but told me my tire couldn't be repaired because it "looked like it had started to melt" so luckily I had a spare for them to put on because he tried to get me to buy 4 new tires, which I cannot afford at all. I took the flat tire to Les Schwab the next day for a second opinion and they fixed it with no problem! Thanks for trying to scam a mom and her baby into getting 4 new tires without even TRYING to fix my flat tire. #lesschwabforlife

I've shopped at Discount Tire for 25+years & they went above & beyond again this time. I went to get estimate for 4 new tires & bought a set, before finding out we had the wrong size. The manager was in top of it & did everything to make sure I wasn't out more $$. They had me out the door in about an hour. Thank you for reminding me of why I choose DT every time.
