I went here today for a nail in my tire. Even though they closed at 6:00 they stayed there to 6:30 fixing it for me. And the great thing is they didn't charge me a penny. The staff was awesome I've never had that kind of service anywhere. I kept telling them "Thank you" and they said if you were my mom or sister I would want you to be safe. I will definitely buy my tires here when I need some.
As someone who provides excellent customer service at my job, I was really impressed with my first experience with Discount Tire. They definitely gained me as a regular.
This place is absolutely AMAZING! Wonderfully friendly and good people. I will never get tires anywhere else.

Visited Discount Tire on Friday and got new tires for my 2012 Cruze. Everyone including the manager was super nice and helpful. I was out in less than an hour. So happy with the visit.
The first time we went to this location, the service was great. The technicians are knowledgeable and were able to answer all our questions. Now, they know us by name and they mean alot to us. They get us in and get us out and the store is always clean, restrooms included. I will continue to use this location becaus the service is great and the prices are right!
