Today, I got a flat and drove to discount tire before all of the air leaked out. They were closed but the guys were still in the parking lot chatting. I pulled up and as soon as they say my tire, they kicked into action. Off the clock, with their own Jack and my spare tire, in 108 degrees, they changed my tire for me. Worst service ever!!!! I had a flat tire after work at 8am & store by hospital didn’t have my tire so they sent me here & they told me one & a half hours & then told me no 2 hours & im still here after all this time & my car with just one tire to replace still hasn’t made it in the garage!!!! I will never come here again - the workers are completely unhelpful - this sucks soooo f’ing bad cause then I have to drive my super exhausted self home 🥺
I stopped at this Discount Tire after a very kind stranger who was stopped next to me at a red light informed me they saw a nail in my tire. I was seen as a walk-in and had such a pleasant experience. There was a wait, so I walked around until my car was ready. I had no idea it was a complimentary service! The service providers were all very professional and helpful. I’m only sorry I didn’t have cash to leave a tip. I assumed I would do so when I paid for the service.
