I came in needing 4 tires on a very tight budget and they got me on the road safe and affordable. The guys here treat you like royalty
I went in with a bad tire and the young man that took care of me should get an award for his customer service. I was in and out in 40 minutes. I went to Firestone and the guy there was rude and didn't want to be bothered. Told me it would be 3 days before he could change my tire. I was treated with respect at Discount Tire.
Will never go another place for tires. Nice area to wait in, and the customer service was so great. They pulled up to get us from the waiting room and the salesman was unbelievably great to work with. Truly a great experience.
Absolutely loved my first visit here. I needed a slow leak patched, not only did they do so quickly (and without attempting to sell me anything else), but with great service and professionalism. I will definitely return for future service.
