These guys are great. We have never once been charged for any service. We took one vehicle in for a leak twice and neither time did they charge us. Today I came in expecting to pay for a tire pressure sensor that had been giving me trouble for months. I came in and Devon came out to the car, read all the sensors and reset the one that was causing trouble. Highly recommend Discount Tire. By far the best customer service out of all the tire stores I checked in Dubuque. Manager Ryan is knowledgeable and patient. Made time to discuss numerous options and his opinion on each brand. During my initial visit 2 weeks ago he brought out tires to the parking lot to set against my truck so I could get a better opinion of what I wanted.
