Workers were friendly and very helpful. Made the visit painless and easy
Had an appointment at 4:15pm to have 2 tires put on. Was helped right away. It only took about 35 minutes. Marcos rang me up. One think I liked is that they ask for ID when you use your credit card. Being a recent victim credit card fraud, I appreciated him asking. I was in and out with great service. I will definitely use them the next time I need tires.
The guy said i'll get a call when it's done. 2 hours passed, no call. Walked back and waited. Finally i asked. It's been done already and no call. A little upset about that. But in fairness, i prefer going to this location. Great customer service ( except this one time, i hope)and all the staff are nice.
They took great care of me. They honored my warranty, ordered my tires and had me in and out in no time at all.
Super friendly and efficient staff. These guys are there to help even if it's just a patch or used tire switch out. I will be back to get the new set ASAP but meanwhile ... wow. Discount Tires is in the business of selling tires but they have shown me that they're looking out for my vehicle's and my safety job number one. Very grateful am I and I will be bringing my business back to this team along with the $$. A GIANT THANK YOU Discount Tire.
Last night my tire got a nail in it and was losing air fast, it was pouring rain and i had my 7 year old with me and was kind of freaking out, i went to discount tires and not only did they patch my tire for free but they also put it back on for me. Super nice and great customer service, i will definitely go back for business. Thanks guys!!
