Paul was amazing. First time customer and I was amazed. I set up the appointment and selected the tires online and came in for my appointment and was out an hour later. Paul even noticed that one of tire pressure sensors was broken from a previous install and replaced it for free. I will be back.
Let me start off by saying I've always had great service at the Santee location, but at my current residence I can walk home from the Rancho San Diego/Spring Valley location on Jamacha Blvd. Two weeks ago I came in needing all new tires, they had to order the tires I wanted and have them shipped in. Andy took down my info, and charged me a $20 deposit to hold my tires. Over a week later I go to check in on them, Chris looks up my info and says "oh yeah, they're here." I am very pleased with my tires. After experiencing some problems, I wrote the corporate office and was called by Chris, the manager at this location. Without going into detail, Chris and Discount Tires made everything right and just before the winter storms began where I live in the mountains in Mexico. I am superbly satisfied and delighted at their generosity and alacrity with which they used to remedy my situation and frankly, much of the difficulty that I experienced, was due to MY misunderstanding. The guy who helped me today found a plug in one tire and two in the other. I bought the tires at another place which i thought was a great price. But in the end, diacount tires save me and my vehicle.
